DepKeep ("we", "us", or "our") operates depkeep.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

• Contact form submissions — name, work email, company name, and message content when you fill in our contact or enquiry forms.
• Blog subscription — email address if you choose to be notified of new posts.

We also collect limited technical data automatically via our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers):

• IP address and general geographic region (country/city)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on the Site
• Referring URL

We do not use third-party analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the Site to function.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request
• To send you blog notifications if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
